1. Digital delivery — no physical shipping

TV Empire is a 100% digital service. Nothing is physically shipped. After your payment is confirmed, your subscription credentials (an Xtream Codes login or an M3U playlist URL) are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Delivery time

Credentials are typically delivered within minutes of a confirmed payment. During peak periods, delivery can take up to a few hours. If you have not received your login within that window, contact our support team and we will resend it immediately.

3. No shipping costs

Because delivery is fully electronic, there are no shipping or handling fees. The price shown at checkout is the total price for the subscription term you select.

4. Availability

TV Empire is available to customers worldwide. Delivery is by email, so there are no regional shipping restrictions. Service performance depends on your own internet connection and device.

5. If you don't receive your credentials

First check your spam or junk folder. If your login still has not arrived, email us from the address used at checkout and we will resend your credentials or correct any typo in your email address.
