1. Accepted payment methods

TV Empire accepts secure online payments through PayPal, which also lets you pay by debit or credit card via PayPal's guest checkout. You can also arrange a purchase with our team over WhatsApp.

2. Secure checkout

All card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal over an encrypted connection. TV Empire never sees or stores your full card number — payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider.

3. Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion if your account uses a different currency.

4. Subscription terms & renewals

You choose your subscription length at checkout (for example monthly, 3-, 6-, or 12-month terms). The price shown is for the full term selected. Your access runs for the paid term; you can cancel at any time to stop future purchases.

5. Pricing & taxes

The price at checkout is the total you pay for the selected plan and term. Any taxes that may apply based on your location are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds

Eligible refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and issued to the original payment method. We will always try to resolve a service issue first.
